Since 2013, Oregon WINGS has worked to improve adult guardianship in Oregon.

Our Mission

The mission of Oregon WINGS is to bring together stakeholders from various disciplines with interest in the guardianship/conservatorship system for short-term and long-term planning and action to improve the state's spectrum of guardianship/conservatorship services and processes, including those services and processes related to alternatives to guardianship/conservatorship. Oregon WINGS will prioritize issues and action items to develop, implement, and advocate for necessary improvements in Oregon's infrastructure to ensure a sustainable system for Oregonians needing guardianship, conservatorship, or related alternatives.

Large-scale social change comes from better cross-sector coordination rather than from the isolated intervention of individual organizations.
— John Kania & Mark Kramer, 2011
